Free Trial Period – 7 Days

  • We offer a 15-day free trial for all new users. During this trial period, users can explore all features and services of EduLibrary without being charged.
  • You will not be billed during the 7-day trial.
  • Your subscription will automatically begin and be charged only after the trial period ends, unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time before or during the trial or active subscription period by:

  • Logging in to your EduLibrary account
  • Navigating to the "My Account" or "Subscription Settings" section
  • Clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button

No cancellation charges apply.

Note:

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will be charged automatically.

Refund Policy

Because we offer a full 7-day trial, we do not provide refunds once the subscription payment has been processed. However, we may consider refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If you were charged mistakenly
  • If you were unable to access the platform due to technical issues attributable to us

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at support@eduengine.in within 7 days of the charge date, providing the following:

  • Registered email ID
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Description of the issue

All valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-14 working days.

Auto-Renewal & Subscription Management

  • All paid subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default.
  • You can turn off auto-renewal from your account settings at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation of auto-renewal will not affect current access, and you will retain access to the premium features until the end of your billing period.
